Hangar 13 Youth Aviation Program

About the program

Hangar 13 is the Slidell Municipal Airport’s youth aviation program. The airport also supports two aviation organizations on the field — the Experimental Aircraft Association and the Civil Air Patrol — and is home to a fixed-base operator and 33 private hangars, so young pilots learn alongside a working general-aviation community.
